We have our own secure Data Rooms, by which you can upload documents to us.
We then arrange those documents into neatly organised folders, ready for you to share with potential buyers.
You control who can see which folders, so all of your documents stay within your control. Buyers only see as much as you wish.
Our Data Rooms allow access to multiple Buyers and their advisers. Only you know who has access and each Buyer will not know about the other Buyers.
Our Data Rooms have a full audit trail and analytics of activity, to ensure security.
We can meet you in person at any location or via a video call. We can deal with you in the evening or at weekends We can meet our neutral, unbranded offices for added discretion.
Our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Heads of Terms documents are provided by Pinel Advocates, a leading corporate and commercial law firm that specialises in business sales.
If further legal support is required, we can work with any Jersey law firms.
