I have a long-standing interest in how businesses are built, grown, and successfully transitioned, supported by hands-on experience across a wide range of industries including the retail, hospitality, finance, tourism, and charity sectors.

Having owned businesses in both the hospitality sector and as an online retailer, I have first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners. I have worked as the Business Manager for a charity, where I was responsible for operational oversight, financial control, and long-term planning and as a Finance Manager, providing me with a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
