Emma has a strong background in business ownership, financial management, and strategic planning. Emma has a long-standing interest in how businesses are built, grown, and successfully transitioned, supported by hands-on experience across a wide range of industries including the retail, hospitality, finance, tourism, and charity sectors.
Having owned businesses in both the hospitality sector and as an online retailer, Emma has first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners. Emma has worked as Finance Manager for a law firm, providing her with a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting, as well as Business Manager for a charity, where she was responsible for operational oversight, financial control, and long-term planning.
Emma brings a detail-focused approach and is committed to helping business owners navigate sales and transitions with confidence.

Andrew Pinel
Andrew is an Advocate and the founding Partner of Pinel Advocates, a corporate and commercial law firm in Jersey.
Andrew has 26 years’ experience of advising business owners on a range of legal matters, including the sale and purchase of businesses. Andrew has experience in dealing with all types of sectors, as well as businesses with offices or branches in Jersey and outside.
Andrew combines legal expertise with clear, pragmatic guidance on decisions to be faced by business owners. As a business owner himself, he has dealt with the same challenges, from start-up, growth and expansion.
Within BusinessHub, Andrew provides key legal analysis, so that the sale process is prepared carefully, following clear legal guidelines, so that both parties are protected, for confidentiality and otherwise.
